IChat works with AOL Instant Messaging (AIM) and you can get a free account. Regarding iChat, last time i heard, iChat requires a dotMac account for most of its features. It is NOT the remote Mac generated audio. The reference to iChat was audio converstation with the person on the other end while you are trying to diagnose their system. is it an option in preferences or something? would like to know more, if it is an option. I've never heard of audio coming across the screen sharing window.
